The room is beautiful and exceptionally nice, with a modern style bathroom; the personnel are very helpful, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the location with free parking is particularly good.

An excellent hotel, my first choice in Guadalajara. Reasonably spacious venue with beautiful rooms and most importantly, exceptionally wonderful staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. All the staff were ready to help. Excellent location adjacent to a plaza, stores and shops. For tea or coffee visit La Molienda de Cafe nearby.

We had a romantic escape and had an awesome experience. The hotel offered great customer service, unique architecture that stands out, and the location was very centric to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the convenience of shopping and a 24-hour convenience store within walking distance. The room was quiet and comforting, perfect for our romantic getaway.

The bed was way too hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not clean the shower or floors during our 8-day stay.
